I'm not sure I have transferable skills. What sectors can applicants come from?
We welcome applications from a range of sectors – it really is about finding someone with the right attitude to work in SEND settings. We’ love to speak to you if you have experience in health and social care, residential support, sports, prison and youth services.

What types of settings will I be required to work in?
Our Teesside and Sheffield branches work with a range of schools and settings, including PMLD (Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities), SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder).
Working with young people aged between 2 and 18, we supply staff to mainstream, specialist and residential settings.What roles are available?
You’ll be offered work based on your experience, preferences and qualifications, including SEND Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Workers.
