Based in one of three sites in Sheffield, the successful SEND Teaching Assistants will support young people aged 16–19 with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex additional needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Care Assistant, Personal Assistant or SEND professional looking to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

You will support young people to develop independence, communication, confidence and life skills, both within the education setting and the wider community. You will take a person-centred approach, helping students to access learning and activities while promoting their wellbeing and individual development.

You will work as part of a dedicated and supportive specialist SEND team in an OFSTED rated ‘good’ provision, with a pupil-centred approach at the heart of everything they do. They are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every young person is supported to reach their potential.
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training.
