We meet every candidate we register for a face-to-face interview, where we run through their experience and skills, so schools can be confident that the teachers and support staff we place are suitable
Following their interview, all our teachers and support staff are fully vetted by our experienced Safeguarding team, in line with the latest REC and DfE guidelines

Regular training and events
To keep our supply staff informed about the latest guidance, we send out regular Safeguarding bulletins and updates. We also offer regular face-to-face and online training through our trusted training partners to ensure all our teachers and support staff are kept up-to-date
