About the role
Source Supply are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and confident Primary Teacher to work on a full-time basis in a Year 5 class at a school in Rotherham. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, supporting their academic progress and personal development.

Strong behaviour management skills are essential, with the ability to establish clear expectations, maintain a positive and structured classroom environment, and build positive relationships with pupils. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organised and passionate about inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential, while working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a supportive and effective learning environment.

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

• Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
