About the role:
Source Supply have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Sheffield, supporting pupils across Upper Key Stage 2. The successful Teaching Assistant will provide targeted support through English and Maths interventions, helping pupils to build confidence, close learning gaps and achieve their full potential. This Teaching Assistant role would suit someone who is passionate about education, patient and nurturing, with experience supporting children in a primary school setting. The position is required Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, offering a great opportunity to become a valued member of the school team.

Requirements:
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

• Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
• A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
