About the role
Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive difference to children’s learning, confidence and development? Source Supply is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school, working with pupils across Key Stage 2 (KS2).
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed Teaching Assistant to provide high-quality classroom support and help pupils achieve their full potential. Working closely with class teachers, you will support pupils with their day-to-day learning, encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
A key part of the role will involve delivering targeted Maths and English interventions to individuals and small groups. You will help pupils develop their literacy and numeracy skills, improve attainment and build confidence in their learning. You will also provide tailored learning support to pupils who may need additional help, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop greater independence.
The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will be caring, enthusiastic and committed to supporting children’s academic and personal development. Experience working within a primary school, particularly with KS2 pupils, is highly desirable, along with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and work effectively alongside teachers and other school staff.

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
– Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
– A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
– Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
– Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
– Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
– Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
