With immediate starts available, these flexible roles are ideal for both newly qualified and experienced Teaching Assistants looking to develop their experience across different school settings while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Opportunities are available across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2), giving you the chance to work with pupils of different ages, abilities, and needs while making a genuine difference to their education and development.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities may include:
• Supporting pupils with their learning and development within the classroom
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
• Leading targeted intervention and booster sessions
• Supporting pupils in core subjects, including English and Mathematics
• Helping pupils build confidence, develop key skills, and reach their full potential
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
– Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
– A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
– Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
– Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
– Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
– Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
