Source Supply Teachers Limited
Role: Teaching Assistant 1-1
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £95-£105 per day (Depending on experience and/or qualifications)
Contract: Temporary – Long Term Supply
About the role
Source Supply is seeking to appoint a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide individualised 1:1 support to a child with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop their confidence and independence, and reach their full potential within a mainstream educational setting.

Building positive, trusting relationships will be at the heart of this role. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, parents/carers, and external professionals to implement effective strategies that promote the child’s academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and committed to making a genuine difference to a child’s educational experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
If you are enthusiastic about supporting children with additional needs and are looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
