Source Supply are recruiting a KS1 Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school in Middlesbrough.

The successful KS1 Teaching Assistant will be warm, professional and engaging. You will join a vibrant school where curiosity is celebrated, kindness is encouraged and every child is supported to reach their full potential.

Your main roles and responsibilities will be to inspire learning, offer targeted support, nurture growth and work closely with the rest of the KS1 team to ensure you’re doing the utmost for the young learners in school.

Requirements

All successful applicants will:

• Have experience in working with children in a school setting.
• Have a nurturing, patient and consistent approach.
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
