Contract: Temporary – Long term Supply

Source Supply are looking to appoint an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Stockton-on-Tees.

The school need an EYFS Teaching Assistant with an engaging approach, capturing the children’s interest. You will assist the class teacher, ensuring all children feel confident to play, learn and grow.

These are some of the most important years in a child’s life – it will be your responsibility to captivate the young minds in class, helping them to explore the wider world, and encourage them to build lasting relationships with their peers.

As this post is based in EYFS, applicants must hold a DfE-recognised early years qualification and ideally have previous experience working within EYFS.

Requirements
All successful applicants will:
– Hold a DFE recognised qualification in early years
– Have experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
– Have a nurturing, patient and consistent approach
– Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
– Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
– Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
– Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
