About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, talented and committed teacher to join our successful, inclusive and welcoming primary school as a Year 3/4 Class Teacher. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning, inspiring children to achieve their very best, and creating a nurturing environment where every pupil can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate strong, effective classroom practice within Key Stage 2. They will have a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging and ambitious lessons that foster curiosity, resilience and a lifelong love of learning.
We are looking for a teacher who has high expectations for all pupils and is committed to promoting excellence, inclusion and positive behaviour. The successful applicant will be able to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues, working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for every child. They will also be reflective, adaptable and motivated, with a genuine commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to contribute fully to the wider life of our vibrant school community.

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
– Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
– Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
– Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
– Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.
– Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
– Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
