Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher looking for flexible supply opportunities within Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?

Whether you are an experienced SEND Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking to develop your skills within specialist education, we would love to hear from you.

We are currently recruiting SEND Supply Teachers to work with children and young people with:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
• Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while gaining valuable experience across a variety of specialist settings.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Support pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and wider school teams.
• Contribute to the implementation of EHCPs and personalised learning plans.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A patient, adaptable, and positive approach to teaching and learning.
• Experience within SEND settings is desirable but not essential.
