Source Supply are recruiting a KS1 Teaching Assistant to work at a bustling primary school in Middlesbrough.
The successful KS1 Teaching Assistant will be engaging, vibrant and enthusiastic.
The KS1 Teaching Assistant who joins this environment will hit the ground running; you will join a busy school where the mind of every child is nurtured and children are encouraged to be who they want to be – allowing them to have high aspirations.
Your main roles and responsibilities will be to offer targeted support where necessary, be a champion for KS1 and support the class teacher in the delivery of high quality lessons.

Requirements
All successful applicants will:
- Have experience in working with children in a school setting.
- Have a nurturing, patient and consistent approach.
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
