About the role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly and inclusive primary school in Doncaster, seeking a committed KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils’ learning and development, with a particular focus on delivering targeted intervention groups in literacy and numeracy.

You will play a key role in helping pupils reach their full potential by providing additional support outside of whole-class teaching, working closely with class teachers to raise attainment and build confidence.

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

• Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
• A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
