Source Supply are seeking a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join a Sheffield school supporting children aged 5–11 with Autism and associated learning, behaviour and communication difficulties.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have needs such as Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Speech and Language difficulties. Your role will involve supporting learning, communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing.

We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant who is engaging, proactive, adaptable, resilient, and enthusiastic, with strong behaviours management and communication skills and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people. You will be part of a dedicated, child-centred team who work tirelessly to ensure every pupil can achieve their full potential.

Requirements
