Source Supply is proud to be working in partnership with a respected multi-academy trust serving the South Yorkshire area. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Rotherham on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will work across all year groups, providing classroom support as well as leading small intervention groups to help pupils with targeted learning needs. While experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) is highly desirable, it is not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in children’s education, eager to contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school environment.

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
