About the role
Source Supply are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Dinnington area (S25). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate and committed to helping children achieve their full potential.

Experience working with children in Key Stage 1 is required. Read, write, inc. training is included to help provide intervention groups for small groups of children.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

• Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
• A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
