Source Supply are recruiting a dependable and patient Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Redcar and Cleveland.

The successful Teaching Assistant will support the class teacher in delivering the national curriculum, ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported.

The Teaching Assistant who joins the school will work across KS1 providing general classroom assistance, also leading small groups and interventions.

This post is due to start in the new academic year.

Requirements

All successful applicants will:

• Have experience in working with children in a school setting.
• Have a nurturing, patient and consistent approach.
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
