Source Supply is working in partnership with a number of private day nurseries across the Chesterfield area and is currently recruiting qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants to join our growing team.

We are looking for dedicated and flexible professionals with a strong understanding of Early Years education. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of nursery settings, providing high-quality support where it’s needed most. Responsibilities include covering staff absences as well as taking on longer-term placements when required.

Ideal candidates will hold one of the following qualifications:
• NNEB
• NCFE CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education
• A relevant Early Years degree

You will play a key role in supporting the daily activities, care, and development of young children. A nurturing, proactive attitude is essential, along with the ability to integrate seamlessly into different nursery teams. Have sound knowledge and practical experience within Early Years settings, have a flexible and reliable approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
– Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
– A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
– Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
– Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
– Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
– Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
