Source Supply are seeking a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join a Sheffield school supporting children aged 5–11 with a range of Special Educational Needs.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have needs such as Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Speech and Language difficulties. Your role will involve supporting learning, communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing.
We are looking for someone who is engaging, proactive, adaptable, resilient, and enthusiastic, with strong Behaviours management and communication skills and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people. You will be part of a dedicated, child-centred team who work tirelessly to ensure every pupil can achieve their full potential.

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications, and training. All successful applicants will:
• Have experience working with children, young people or young adults in a school or specialist setting
• Demonstrate a nurturing, patient, and consistent approach
• Have referenceable experience from a school or educational environment
• Be passionate about education and committed to helping young people thrive
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
