Source Supply are recruiting for a Class Teacher to start a 2 day per week contract at a primary school in Worksop. The school are looking for a teacher to provide high quality teaching to cover teachers being out of class. You will be required to teach across all year groups.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide high quality teaching cover for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of all pupils
• Build strong relationships with parents/carers, staff members and pupils around the school

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across different year groups
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policy
• Provide feedback to class teachers following lessons
• Support the school’s ethos and wider school community

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

• Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
