Source Supply is partnering with a number of private day nurseries across the Chesterfield area and is currently recruiting qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurses / Teaching Assistants to join our team. You must have a strong understanding and knowledge of working in Early Years.

We are seeking flexible, committed professionals who can provide high-quality support across a variety of nursery settings. The role involves covering staff absences as well as undertaking longer-term block bookings when required.

Ideal candidates will hold one of the following qualifications:

• NNEB
• NCFE CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education
• A relevant Early Years degree

You will need to be adaptable, reliable, and ready to integrate into different nursery environments. A nurturing and proactive approach is essential, as you’ll be supporting the day-to-day activities and development of young children.

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

• Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
• A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
